Australian Rowing Championships

14 students from 91视频 were selected to represent Shenton and the UWA Boat Club at the 2025 Australian Rowing Championships in Tasmania. These 14 students have trained upwards of 9 times per week for the past 6 months, whilst juggling schooling, including exams. The athletes have averaged over 60km rowing per week, starting their days before 5:00am.
On Friday 21st March, the Shenton rowers departed Perth, bound for Tasmania. They were accompanied by two coaches, Shenton alumni Jake Sangster and Maisy Dawson, along with numerous other Shenton alumni representing the UWA Boat Club in an athlete capacity.
The regatta took place at Lake Barrington International Rowing Course over a full week, with some tough Tassie conditions to contend with, and our student achieved some amazing results.
